Luc den Hert Pro Line Field Tester

My name is Luc Den Hert and I live in Zaffelare, East Flanders, Belgium. Carp fishing is my passion; I have been practising it since 1974-75. For more than 30 years I have spent my summers and winters at the waterside and I've caught hundreds of fish in all these years. In the last few years I even managed to catch 50 fish above the 15 kg and some above 20kg. From the dough days until the boilies days I have tested many things with many different ingredients and additions. What struck me most in these 20 years of fishing is that the fish react totally different. I have always preferred strongly flavoured baits. I am convinced that these are good for the fish as well, I have seen small fish growing out to forty pounders over the years, which proofs in my opinion that a good bait does them good. We should take care of our fishy friends. Only then can we all enjoy the beautiful and great carp for many more years.

At the end of 2005 I was asked to join the Proline team in Belgium and I accepted that offer with great pleasure. Let me tell you why: They have a great diversity in baits available and they give you the opportunity to fish with the material you think is best suited for the situation. The boilies are available in different sizes. Which is a big plus for me. In my perception each water requires its own boilie. On different waters the boilie can have a complete different effect. So it's a positive thing to be able to pick your baits from a great range of Proline articles. They also provide all kinds of fishing attributes and they have a garuanteed quality.
